Hospital,
Urbana, Illinois.
The theme
of the Fall
2008 Self-Help/Support
Group Conference
is "Mental
Health
Recovery:
Creating
Caring Communities." There
will be
exhibits,
keynote
speakers
and breakout
sessions.
Nanette
Larson will
talk on
community
support
initiatives
as they
relate to
recovery
principles.
Rev. Jackson
Day, a
United Methodist
pastor
from Maryland,
will be
giving one
of the keynote
speeches
and participating
in a panel
to discuss
recovery
from post-traumatic
stress
disorder.
